This early 1920’s, old-style-Linville summer home was completely renovated to a year-round residence. Details, trim, and materials match the original finishes to recreate the unique character of the house.
This older home needed an update. The owners wanted to open the house as much as possible to the beautiful golf course view. A new covered deck was added, overlooking the main entry walkway and fairway beyond. A new entry was required to provide a more welcoming sequence from the driveway to the front door.
This residence is a late 1970, prefabricated, precut, built-on-site structure that was very popular for summer residences in the area. By the late 1990’s it required a major upfit and renovation. The renovation details were to match as closely as possible the design integrity of the original structure. Structural deficiencies were upgraded, and the entire house took on a fresh appearance. The new covered deck, kitchen and fireplace were added for family and friends to enjoy the summer evenings.
The conversion of this 1930’s ranch bunkhouse for a family of 4 was a true transformation in the Arrowhead Mountains of Montana. We took this cabin and turned it into a large mountain getaway for friends and family. It went from a small house with a tiny kitchen to a large country kitchen, dining/great room, large master suite, utility areas (laundry, storage, loft, office), guest bedroom/bath, and bunkrooms.
This 3,484 square feet facility, built in 1952, was in dire need of an interior and exterior face-lift. The renovated design includes a complete exterior renovation with a new rear covered deck. The interior renovation includes an updated multipurpose room with a raised ceiling, new restrooms, remodeled exterior covered entry, new front entry space, new windows, doors, lighting and a new kitchen. The facility has been a popular gathering space for wedding receptions, special dinners, town functions and community gatherings.
